The various services on the FCS-Platform have two functions. On the one hand they enable content input in a comfortable way. On the other hand they offer an ideal displayformat for fulltext as well as for special lists that can be filtered. (In comparison to structure: these are simple titlelists) At the moment there are ten different services available on FCS. According to the customers requirements a platform is built up with different services. In Addition the access of all service can be restricted to different usergroups.
Customers decide in the beginning, which services they want to have on their platform. Additional services can be activated at any time. The labels for the services, as they are used in the manual, are the standard labels chosen by factline. Other lables are possible.
ServicesMost services are displayed in the main menu bar, except of factchat and forum. They are merged below the label dialog.
